Golden Crown VIP is a creative ministry and art community run by Tammy & Steven Boyd, based in Tennessee.
What we collect when you create an account
When you join, we store your email address, the name you choose, and (if you sign in with Google) basic profile info Google shares with us. We use this only to give you access to the site and to contact you about your account.
The “Chat with Sam” AI agent
The chat on the Sovereign Sam page is powered by JotForm, a third-party service. When you open the chat, JotForm may collect:
- The messages you type into the chat
- Your IP address, browser type, and device info
- Cookies that help the chat work and remember the session
- Anything you voluntarily share (name, email, etc.)
JotForm uses this to run the chat and to improve their AI service. Please don’t share sensitive info (passwords, financial details, health records) in the chat. Full details are in JotForm’s own privacy policy linked above.
Other services we use
- Authentication and database hosting (for your account)
- ElevenLabs (for the read-aloud voice features)
- Google (only if you sign in with Google)
- Amazon (if you click out to buy the coloring book)
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time. If you don’t want to use the AI chat, simply don’t click the “Talk to Sam” button — the rest of the page works without it.
